Late for a four hour window....
While the service was excellent! I’m still a little amazed that the service technician showed up at 4:30 for a service window of noon to 4 pm. I had even called the day before to try to firm up the arrival time and had changed my schedule around to try to comply with the recommended time. Chances are quite slim that i will be buying the pre-paid yearly service this coming year.
