Very good, with MINOR glitch
The plumber arrived earlier than the 2 hour service window (excellent), did the job quickly and efficiently (excellent), and was done within 45 minutes.
The only problem, albeit very minor, was that I did not receive the email invoice automatically. When I called the dispatcher several days later and inquired, she sent it immediately.
I have it, printed out, in my files. Everything's fine.
