Warranties mean nothing - too expensive

They replaced my two AC units a few years ago which are still under warranty. Although AN have been very responsive the new units are nickel and diming me to death since installation. The most recent call was so high priced that we checked with two other AC companies for quotes. Not only were the others less expensive than AN the parts (which are supposedly under warranty) were included with labor with the other companies and again..........they were less expensive?? Something isn't right AN!

Mr. Blackett, Sorry that you are disappointed with your service. The blower motor that needs replacing is under a manufacturer’s warranty, but your labor warranty expired over three years ago.

Our technician quoted our standard price for replacing the blower motor which includes opening up the system, removing the old blower, replacing with a new motor, reconnecting the blower, closing the system, sealing the system to prevent air leaks, and testing the system. The part would then be returned to the manufacturer.

There are other companies that will do this work for less than us, and there are certainly companies that will do it for more, but when you use Air National Texas, you can be sure it is done right with original manufacturers equipment, and we will always stand behind our work.
