SYNERGY HomeCare is really convenient. I love them because they do a great job of staffing around the hours that I need them to take care of my mom. I take care of my mom sometimes and it helps to have another hand that I can call on an as-needed basis. I find them to be competent and very trustworthy. They keep in constant, excellent communication with me. The caregivers have always been capable, knowledgeable, and reliable. Someone is always able to assist me when I need them. The prices may be a little high but I'm willing to pay it because of all the positives and, most importantly, the peace of mind. I feel comfortable leaving my mom in their care.
