Premium service and a premium price but customer service needs improving
I used Church Services to check and repair an AC unit that they put in 7 years ago. They did the work but never called me afterwards to close out the work order or sent me the itemized bill (even though they said they would). Their work is good, they respond quickly but the customer service aspects were disappointing.
