Latest service was sub-standard, not up to the normal service I expect with Church services.
My AC was not cooling properly. church came out and charged the unit with coolant. The technician reported that the " unit had checked out".
The unit was still not cooling, called Church again and scheduled a technician to come out. Another technician came to my residence, check out the unit. Reported that the compressor needed replacement but was under warranty. The service technician did not order a replacement compressor and did not write the problem in his notes to Church. Further, I followed up with the office the following business day to check on a replacement compressor. None had been ordered and the reporting technician had not logged the order and had gone on vacation.
I asked for a replacement compressor to be ordered and scheduled a time to replace the old compressor.
The service follow up was not good.
