Seamless job done to perfection!
We are unbelievably impressed with the job done by Flooring Superstores Saskatoon! We had our entire house re-floored. The first floor was done in vinyl plank and the three upstairs bedrooms were re-carpeted. Someone had recommended Ryan at Flooring Superstores Saskatoon to us, even though we live two and a half hours north of their store. Our daughter lives in Saskatoon and we were going to visit her. On the way south, we stopped at three other places and not one gave us the attention to detail that Ryan and his wife did. When we met with Ryan, it turned out he had coincidentally done work for my daughter. So we bought our flooring from Flooring Superstores Saskatoon. We couldn't have hoped for a smoother transition. Ryan and his wife treated us like family. They cut the carpet themselves and Ryan's wife even went out and got the four transition pieces we needed. The installer they recommended close to our house was unbelievably good. I would recommend him any day to anybody. He came from about three-quarters of an hour away and didn't even charge mileage for his quote visit, a charge that is customary in this area. The installer was Craig, with TLC Flooring out of Prince Albert. He told us that he normally runs about three or four weeks behind, but because our materials were ready to go, he was able to squeeze us in right away. I couldn't believe how well things were flowing. Craig was as fussy and detailed oriented as I am and did the installation to perfection. When we asked for extra things, he did them without complaint. I was so impressed by him. The bottom line is I couldn't have hoped for a better transition and they all deserve recognition for doing such a good job. They treated us like family and the transaction was sealed with a handshake, a hard thing to find in business anymore. The whole job was completed within two days. I have Ryan at Flooring Superstores Saskatoon to thank for giving us such a seamless job at the right price. I'd be happy to text photos if they remind me to do so in the next few days before our wonderful hellion of a grandson arrives for a visit.
