It's been over a month since this company said they would respond to issues I had with their installation. They keep putting me off with they will get back to me. Since this may or may not be under warranty and that their work was performed almost 2 years ago. Unfortunately I didn't know of the issue until I had a new water heater installed. This company detailed the amount of work that wasn't done to code. It was an additional $1000 work just to clean it up. You would think this company would stand by it's name and service since it is a small business. No one has ever called me to discuss... they just respond over social media and reviews.
