Bad Furnace

Moved into new home and furnace is not working... I called 3 HVAC contractors who said I needed a brand new furnace. One company quoted me $9K. Mike from Tradewinds came out and said that although he'd love to sell me a brand new furnace, I didn't need a new furnace and he could fix my problem for less than $300.
