Will Use Someone Else

This was not my first time using Tradewinds Heating And Cooling, Inc. I gave them a call recently because my air conditioner is not cooling properly. They came out in June, then in July to recheck the system and said they could not do the repairs until the Fall. The technicians who showed up to check the unit and give me the estimate to fix it were knowledgeable and did explain their findings to me. However, they were not prompt and since it is summer I would prefer for the air conditioner to be fixed now rather than waiting until the Fall. I will call someone else to fix the unit. I will most likely not use Tradewinds Heating And Cooling, Inc. again.

Dana, thank you very much for the review as we always appreciate feedback so that we can get better for all of our customers. I am sorry that the timeline for this repair was not as quick as what was presented. Since it was attic work, we usually leave those jobs for the Fall time or later as attic spaces in the Summer get very hot and present a safety concern for our workers. We have addressed your concern with Fred and will get better at presenting these repairs and timelines correctly in the future to all of our customers.
