Mike came out as scheduled, on time, & thoroughly evaluated our HVAC system problems, & offered logical options to fix or replace the troublesome equipment. He spent quite a bit of time presenting options & answering questions. Nick was also very helpful over the phone with scheduling & answering follow-up questions. We feel we got more than our money's worth & appreciate working with a family-owned small company.
