Tradewinds Heating & Cooling just installed a new water heater, heating, and air conditioning system for us and they did a great job. They were just very, very polite. They were communicative and responsive. They explained every detail that we needed to be aware of. They took the time to walk us through the steps related to all the financial information. They also took the time to explain the function and operation of the system, e.g. how to work the thermostat. After the job, there were a couple of small problems that my husband noticed. They came out the next day and fixed everything. I appreciated that they also cleaned up after themselves. Everything's working fine now.
