Doc, is highly recommended. He came and did a "tune up on my system (video) while there we both noted that the sub I was using was not up to the rest of my system (Actually I knew this but wanted to hear it from a pro).

I ordered a new Sub 25 from Doc, he not only delivered it, he unpacked it, set it up, then calibrated the whole system to make it "blend" well.

A week later I made some additional adjustments and ask Doc to come by to help this was a SATURDAY! He showed up and offered his help.
