Merrell Building Enterprises judged the situation right to determine what I needed--and the work was good and has held up. The last thing they fixed was some rotting wood behind the eave spout which was leaking into the downstairs bathroom. They were able to do it right away because when it rained it was flooding. They have also replaced an attic that was big deal, and the work was good and is still good. That was 20 years ago.

I have used them for years and I enjoy the people. We end up talking sometimes, and I'm in senior citizenship and think they are respectful. We joke and talk a lot and enjoy each other.
