This was the first time that we ever used Merrell Building Enterprises. They came highly recommended to us by two different people; our plumber of many years, whom we dearly love, and someone in the neighborhood, who had also used them to do a more extensive project and had a good experience.

What we needed them to do was, take out the bathtub and replace it with a shower unit. My husband was having difficulty getting in and out of the tub, so it was just time to get this done. Merrell Building Enterprises was very attentive, and they came out right away to give us an estimate, which was very reasonable. When it came time to do the work, they were punctual, and showed up exactly when they were supposed to. They were also very respectful of my home, and were careful to tidy up behind themselves. Plus, they were really willing to work with us.

One thing that particularly sticks out in my mind, is that they were helpful about putting in a new safety bar, for my husband to use to steady himself. But, they went above and beyond that, and were also careful to replace all the existing safety bars that were there before , without even being asked to. That was very thoughtful of them!
