Colorado Discount Heating and Cooling has terrible communication. I guess they don't have their employees check in with the office before they go to a job. They were supposed to get information about how to get into the site because it was condos and therefore, they needed a code. They told me to stay in the condo and turn up the air while they went up top. Then they asked me how to get in. I told them I didn't know, they should have got that info from their office. It was ridiculous. When they finally did get in, they did a good job and the guys were very nice. I don't think I would recommend them to anyone and I won't be using their services again. I don't know if it's the customer service people or the technicians dropping the ball, but someone needs to figure it out.
