Colorado Discount Heating and Cooling were just great with me. This was the second time I called them to look at my heater. The first time they had replaced a part. The technician who came to do the work said to me that my heater was twenty years old. He said he could fix it if I wanted him to, but he couldn't guarantee that I wouldn't have to call them back every six months or every year. He noted that it was probably getting to the point where I should think of having it replaced. When I told him that I wasn't able to buy a new one right at that moment, he told me that their company did finance, and I could look into it. Right away, he called and gave me a price and told me they could be back the day after. It worked for me and so I went ahead. I appreciated how upfront and honest he was with me. Their turnaround was also very quick. From the time they ordered the heater to when they installed, it was fast and smooth. It's working great now!
