After reading reviews online Colorado Discount Heating and Cooling, I thought they would be a good company to hire for the job. I had no problem with the crew who showed up, they were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They were able to present pictures and videos of the issue and let me know my best choice would be to replace the furnace. Their work was very thorough and was completed to my satisfaction. However, the problem I have with Colorado Discount Heating and Cooling is their internal office procedures. They have very poor communication, never follow through with what they say, and because of this, a second job I was going to hire them for never happened, and it's never going to. I was disappointed that the woman who was supposed to collect for the job and arrange appointments was never in the office. For two straight days, it was a frustrating game of phone tag. I didn't mind them calling to get paid, that's just part of the business, but when it came to my other requests, they did not deliver. I'm never using them again and will not recommend them to any family, friends, or colleagues.
