I called Colorado Discount Heating and Cooling when I needed a thermostat installed. It's a single owner place, not a franchise business and they do good work. I called them on one day and the owner's assistant took my call. They were very communicative and explained in detail what I would need to have done. The next day I got a call from the technician before he came out. We talked and the technician stopped at the parts place to pick up the thermostat. He knew his stuff well. There was no fumbling, just a smooth installation. The only minor problem I would say is that the thermostat cost more than what I had anticipated. But I hadn't asked him what the cost was, I have to say. I told him I wanted the best, and he got me the best--it's just that best was rather pricey. But I also have to say it was ten times better than something I'd pick up at the Home Depot or somewhere. The guy knew what he was doing. Overall, I'm very pleased doing business with this company. I had never used them before but I'd definitely call them again if I ever needed--that's a true statement.
