Vehicle was brought in to address issue that was not diagnosed on 3 prior visits. Vehicle had to be towed. Issue finally found by Service Manager on 9/3 visit. Part not available told to come back when part arrives Came in on Saturday morning told car will be worked on immediately. 5 hours later vehicle still on lift no update on progress by mechanic. After 5 hours mechanic goes on meal break. Unacceptable. Going on 6 hours of wait when issue should have been completed within 2 hours. Will not return or recommend this service dept.
