If you are searching for your next caterer, then look no more! Nicholas and his team(Darcy & Alfonso)made my sister-in-law's bridal shower wonderful. We chose to do passed hors d'oeuvres with one stationary table that had dip,veggies,crackers, fruit and a cheese board....THE CHEESE BOARD and this whole table impressed the $@!#% out of me! The table was beautifully decorated(with flower heads),the fruit was crisp and chilled, the cheese was delicious, the HOT CRAB DIP was to die for, and the selection of veggies was so awesome! On top of that the passed hors d'oeuvres were delicious and filling. I had been worried about not doing a buffet style but I am so happy we did passed smaller portions, this let everyone taste lots of different items and didn't stick everyone in a seat for the event. I need to also say from the moment Nicholas and team showed up food started appearing but without any intrusion. Darcy and Alfonso passed the hors d'oeuvres while Nicholas prepped/cooked the hot stuff. I have to say Darcy and Alfonso were awesome as they were there with the food but in such a discreet manner! They also insured every guest was passed!!! By the end of the night I had tons of compliments on the food and that was all thanks to Nicholas! Again, I know picking a caterer for your event is a big decision because FOOD can make or break the success of it, so I am here to tell you Fitzgeralds catering is the success you are looking for!
