Lafayette German Car Repair has worked on my '87 Mercedes and my 2008 Mercedes. They always fix the problem and they are always quick about it. Their pricing is very fair- and I would know, having done a lot of work with the dealer directly and other shops. I find them to be the best, and that is why I go back to them with all my cars. Their prices are definitely competitive. The lady I speak with there always gets back to me, explains things, and has a good demeanor. I like how Juan, the owner, explains the issues and if he finds any new little things that arise he just fixes them. He doesn't nickel and dime me to death. The first time I went in, I came in with a headlight that didn't work and they fixed it and didn't charge me. They didn't even know me! That was probably a big reason why I went there- that and the the fact that when I went to get tires next door they had good things to say about the shop.
