We started using Eden Automotive many years ago when I was looking for a place to take my car and someone in my school district recommended them. Now, I cannot imagine going anywhere else. They are very honest and tell you what you need and what you don't need done on your car, for example if the issue is minor and not a safety issue. They are so honest in how they deal with you and they go out of their way to do the best job possible for their clients.

The guys at the shop are lovely to deal with and really good at what they do. As a woman taking my car there, I appreciate the way they deal with me and really explain and show me with actual parts or engine diagrams what was wrong and what was done to fix it. They tell you when you need new parts and when you can use good, reconditioned parts, and they find the least expensive but good quality parts for you.

The work they have done for us has been absolutely outstanding. We drive a 2002 van and, earlier in its life, they let us know that there had been a manufacturer's recall on a couple of things that we did not know about. They encouraged us to take it to the dealer, where they redid stuff for free. I appreciate that Eden Automotive keeps up-to-date and knowledgeable about these things.

They have a bulletin board covered in little thank-you notes from customers who feel the same way we do. They also are good community citizens in that they sponsor different teams and really support the community. I feel so well looked after with Eden Automotive. We have recommended them many times and everyone we've referred to them has loved them.
