After a house fire at our rental property.
We were told to use a restoration company for the repairs. Best decision we didn’t make. Found Proctor on line and they were local contractors in Buckeye. Literally 10 minutes from the house. They endured the hottest summer to date repairing our house. No a/c either as power was shut off.
They replaced the entire roof structure and restored interior to pre fire condition.
Very easy to work with, not pushy, or brash like some contractors can be.
Would highly recommend them.
