Proctor Construction LLC had recently completed a major job for us at my residence. It wound up being even a bigger project than we had anticipated. Overall, the work turned out very good and everything pretty much was to our liking. As far as the timeline went, things always take a little longer than one would like it to. But given the amount of work that needed to be done, I think the job was completed it just the right amount of time that they needed. Proctor Construction LLC was great to work with and I would definitely recommend them to others. However, there was a little bit of a breakdown in communication. If they had just been a little bit clearer on what to expect it would have been helpful. I had to push to get the information. We hired the company to build an addition onto the master bedroom and also to remodel the kitchen at our home. They hired in subcontractors who came and went without much oversight. We were told that Proctor Construction LLC would be present with each subcontractor but that was not the case. I went over all of the work with a mindful eye and found several little things that had to be corrected which they immediately took care of. We worked through that part with the technicians. Again, overall, everything turned out to our liking. It is just the little tiny things that I still need to call them to come back out to handle. I do not want to blame the company or workers, as I think it was more an industry issue with the products. They still need to put up a cabinet in the kitchen too. I would consider using the company again and want to be clear that the overall job turned out very well.
