We had a very good experience with Proctor Construction and I just cannot say enough nice things about them. They were absolutely wonderful to work with. They added a room and a patio onto our house. The job was done well and everything looks good. We are very happy with the outcome. It was just what we expected. Their pricing was reasonable. All their staff members were friendly and polite. The crew were communicative and explained everything. Even on the days they had sub-contractors out here, someone from Proctor would be here and supervise. They made sure to tell me who would be here, what they would be doing and what I could expect. It was just very thoughtful and professional. I was just so pleased with them that I've recommended them to people I know.
