I don't know anything about carpets, so when Ralph from Associated Abbey Carpet & Floor came out to the house, I let him lead me through the choices. I told him I didn't want anything that was builder-grade or inferior. He helped me pick a good carpet that was easy to care for even if the dog made a mess. Then, I asked him for a recommendation for the bedroom carpet. He took a look and asked why I wanted to change it at all? I didn't have a good answer except that it was old. Ralph advised me to get a good carpet cleaning in there, which I did. The carpet looks as good as new! I can't say how happy I have been with the service from Associated Abbey Carpet & Floor, especially Ralph. He is the best!
