The whole process with Associated Abbey Carpet & Floor was great. From going in and picking out the carpet at the sales office to the communication in between and the installation, it all went perfectly smoothly. There was a lot of ease, clear communication, and they did excellent work. They did a lot of carpeting for a four-unit building I was renovating to sell. They also did some linoleum floors in the bathrooms and kitchen. They did a great job on all those features. The price felt reasonable to me. I did a little shopping around ahead of time and it was in the ballpark with the others but the service was fantastic so that's what really stood out. Because I was selling this building I needed people who would do what they said they would when they said they would and who would do it well, and they did that.
