Ward, our salesperson at Associated Abbey Carpet & Floor, knew exactly what we needed based on a needs analysis meeting, and the installers did a terrific job in installing to our specs. They installed wall-to-wall carpeting and were extremely respectful--installing the carpeting as if it were in their own home. They stayed much longer than originally anticipated and made sure every detail was perfect. I love the carpeting.
