The actual plumber from Sunshine Plumbing & Heating was fine. I would rate him five stars. However, their communication I rate as one star. They use a strange robo-calling device that is weird and disjointed. Also I've had three or four phone calls afterward with no idea of what the purpose was in the call. When I tried calling back I wasn't able to speak to an agent. So in terms of service performed, the service was good but communication was not
