I have used Sunshine Plumbing & Heating before, and they do a fine job for me. My most recent experience with them was a little frustrating because the manufacturer shipped out the wrong part to repair the water heater in a rental property. I needed a thermostat, and the manufacturer sent out a thermocouple. Then, they sent two thermostats out. However, the water tank is now repaired. The man from Sunshine Plumbing & Heating was nice enough to not charge me when he came out, and all I had was the wrong part from the manufacturer.
