This whole operation from receptionist to mechanic to owner is just what you are looking for whenever you use a local business, but sometimes don't get. I only had a 60K servicing done so far with these folks, but I had mentioned that it was running a bit rough and they told me why it was and then fixed it. They did nothing without my phone consent. Bonus - I'm told that I will be getitng an email in 6 months reminding me to have another service done at that time, but they said that it could wait a while.
