Very, very pleased with my carpet cleaning experience. You know the price going in, no additional charges for pre-treating spots etc., which can get quite costly. The price per room is the price - no surprises. Also, there is an additional discount available on website which they kindly offer over the phone also so you don't miss out on it if you haven't checked the website. Our carpeting is quite old and hadn't been cleaned in forever. Hoping to get a little more time out of it, we decided to try a professional cleaning. It now looks like new! The carpet had been heavily soiled in high traffic areas and I didn't think that there was a chance it would come really clean, but it did. They were on time, which is a major plus. Also, the process doesn't use as much water as some do so the carpet was completely dry within a couple of hours. In the meantime, it only felt slightly damp and was OK to walk on in socks. I must add that the customer service at this company is excellent. Pattie is the best.
