AWFUL.

We were without heat on the coldest night of the year!

You apparently could not get the needed heater part for two days! YOU COMPETITION HAD IT IN STOCK, and we again had heat within 2 hours of calling THEM!

I work in Cecil County, and I will NEVER recommend you to anyone!

I am very sorry you were without heat on the coldest night of the year. We did have a universal part for you, but you declined that repair. We received your OEM part the next morning but before we had time to get back to your home you had called and canceled. Again, I am very sorry we try very hard to keep our clients happy and most of all comfortable.
