In terms of customer service, Aaron's Autowerks is just absolutely excellent. The staff there really try their best to accommodate you in any way that they can and you can tell that they aim to satisfy and please. The service crew is very well-meaning and receptive to any questions or issues that you have and are always willing to work with you and see it through to the end that you are happy with their work. I've been going to them for at least seven years and have recommended them to my dad and several of my friends to go to Aaron's. They have a small-town feel to their shop that makes you feel like you're really cared for. I would have given them five across the board if they updated their software. If they had some software upgrades that could handle the more difficult diagnoses for more modern cars, they would be 5 out of 5 all the way. Other than that, they go above and beyond for their customers and keep their prices fair for the area. I would highly recommend them!
