I've been using Autosys for about 17 or 18 years. But the most recent job they did was standard maintenance. I have a 2018 Forrester. And they did the first servicing. Everything went fine. I had a chat with Gary over the weekend, and he told me a few things as well as information on synthetic oil. I would continue to use their service. They've always been very fair and honest. They're not the cheapest, but they bend over backwards to do the right thing. They know how to fix the problem with no difficulties. What made me switch was I used to go to another auto repair shop after I moved here 2 or 3 years before I started using Autosys. The guy sold a service, so I went looking for a new outfit. I got in line with Autosys, and there was the owner to the other shop! They're easy to schedule with. I usually call them to schedule. They're easy to work with. They're absolutely polite and courteous. I would recommend Autosys to my family and friends.
