I had one day's notice before my car registration was due, an emissions check was required and my check engine was on! It was 4:30 on a Friday and Tyler was most helpful! He was able to get my car in for diagnostics right away. The next morning I took my car back to the test site (with Samuel, who was also most helpful. He sent me to Autosys in the first place when my car failed) and was able to get a waiver so I could get my tags! It was a race to the finish, but I could not have done it without Tyler's courteous and efficient help! (And also Samuel at the emissions test site, who sent me to Autosys in the first place.) Thank you both! Having only moved to WA a year ago, I did not know how to navigate this process.
