Autosys always seems to figure out what's causing the problem and finds a way to fix it. I've had several cars in over the years and they've always exceeded expectations in solving the problem and keeping the cars running. My most recent experience was with the air conditioning system, and they just figured out the problem and fixed it--and then they tested for leaks. The office staff and mechanics were very knowledgeable and professional, and they delivered my car on time. The AC on the 2010 Ford Focus is fixed--but they found another problem and they are working on diagnosing it. And, the only reason I gave them four stars is because I couldn't get in as early as I had hoped.
