Official Pest Prevention always comes when they say they are coming. The services technicians & customer service operators are always friendly. They keep our home protected from insects/pests. They even came out in between their scheduled day because we were having an issue with a mouse in the garage. They came & laid traps & even offered to come back out to retrieve the mouse if need be. They have maintained professionalism in all ways & i appreciate their service.
