I used to have a Black Widow issue before the service and now it's gone. They do a good job on the pest part; however, I would like to see some improvements on the appointment notifications. Sometimes I'm not available to answer my phone during the workday and completely miss the call, which results in my backyard not being treated because no one is home. I would like a notification by email and website for the upcoming service. A week early appointment notification would be nice.
