I wouldn't use them again.
GSHA Services Ltd. had a tech come out who was nice. I actually watched him do the work because I wanted to see if I could do some of the work he was doing, and everything seemed fine after he left. We woke the up next morning because of a banging sound, so I tracked down the noise as coming from the blower that he had gotten into to do the cleaning.
I called GSHA Services back and told them there was some sort of noise, and that the unit wasn't making noise prior to when their guy came out on the day before. They sent out someone else who went into the furnace and couldn't figure it out right away. Eventually, he figured it out.
While he was working, tearing the motor out, he said to me the sound was because there is a label stuck in the motor inside the furnace. I asked him if he thought that was a coincidence because the tech was here yesterday, doing what he was doing, and maybe loosened a label. But the responding tech didn't think that was the case. I told the tech that he was going to fix it because it was working fine before I paid $85 for them to clean it. Before they did anything, everything was fine. So I didn't get warm fuzzies out of the situation. The second guy wasn't apologetic, and I wouldn't use GSHA Services again.
