This was my third time using COIT Services of Albuquerque, and they got here on time and did their thing. I used them twice in the past two months, and once a few years back when they went by a different name. They were here a few days ago to clean the carpet in the upstairs apartment. The carpet itself is only about two years old, but there are three kids, so there are stains and high-traffic areas that were worn. I don't know if there was anything more that could be done, but there were a few stains that didn't come out. I feel they might have been able to do better on removing those stains, but they got it done and the carpet was cleaned. The person from COIT was great. He was very polite and did a fine job. I would consider them again.
