First, I would like to thank Tribble Painting for their courtesy to their customers. We originally were scheduled for September to have our interior painted. Due to the wet summer and fall, we received a call to ASK if we could possibly move our slated date to accommodate exterior jobs for customers that were delayed due to weather. We were doing cosmetic painting, so of course! We were not in a rush. They then gave us a discount for our flexibility. As our new slated date was scheduled, we had an unexpected work trip come up with short notice. They totally accommodated us and rescheduled again with no hesitation. When our date came, I was told Mike our lead painter would be at our home at 8:00 am to do the walk through and review the contract. 7:59 was on the clock, and the doorbell rang at 8:00 am sharp, along with his colleague Wes. They were outstanding. Along with their knowledge of the business and what I wanted precisely, I was assured by our meeting that I was going to be worry free the entire time they were here (we had to leave out of town because of our Bernese Mountain Dog...which they were great with!). Not only did Mike and Wes do an amazing job upon arrival home, they were done a day early. They did more than expected, finding things that were not done by our prior painters and made everything perfect. The moving of furniture back and forth and clean up was again beyond expectations. Professional, respectful and just an overall pleasure to have work for us. We will recommend Tribble Painting to anyone, and will be using them again for any of our painting/staining needs!
