Great daycare! Bad about communicating, particularly with first time moms.
I have had good and bad experiences with The Children's Center. The employees who actually work with the children are amazing. I just love them and you will, too. I can see their interactions on live video and see that my son likes it there. He's doing well and getting along with the other children. If I didn't have the live video I might have pulled my son out right away. Communication with the people in charge is dismal. I can't get through on the phone. They don't answer emails. I have to use their app. I didn't know this at first. Jared was the guy who interviewed us and signed us up. He was very attentive, showed us around, and explained the program. After we signed up, we never heard from Jared again. There wasn't any follow-up. I am a first-time mom. I needed some hand-holding and specific guidance about introducing my infant to daycare. That wasn't provided by The Children's Center. Since it was all during COVID I didn't even meet the girls in charge of the infant room until the first day I dropped my son off. Even then, there wasn't a meet and greet opportunity. I just dropped him off and cried. Jared hadn't explained anything about the app and the video. He never followed up with me at all. The only reason we stay at The Children's Center is because of the amazing girls in charge of the children.
