Bought a new Lennox SLP99V Upflow Variable-Capacity Gas Furnace through Miller's Heating & Air. The installers were excellent and very professional. I had many questions while they did the install and they did not hesitate to answer each. I couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you Raul and Cory for your great service and professionalism. However, the salesman thought he could pass one by me. I had ordered in addition to the furnace an Aprilaire humidifier but Miller's sent a different humidifier out with the installers, other than the one on my order. I was not give a courtesy call about this change in advance to inform me I wasn't going to get what I expecting. The salesman then tried to convince me later that the lesser product does the same exact thing as what I had ordered. I DON"T CARE. It was not what I was expecting. But I had already done my due diligence prior and found that the Aprilaire I was expecting to have installed was higher rated that what which was sent with the installer. What gives? Then I found out the Salesman didn't even order the Aprilaire humidifier when my new Lennox was ordered. Now I have to wait a month to get the humidifier installed.

Well, the Aprilaire humidifier came in less than a week later. Raul and Cory were sent back out to install it, per personal request, and once again, they exhibited professionalism beyond my expectation. Thank you guys. Thanks go out to service man Ken who did the electrical wiring. An issue came up with the water supply to the humidifier, that caused them to spend more time on the project than expected, but Ken came up with a fix and I agreed and the humidifier is operating perfectly.

I would even be interested in Miller's annual service agreement for maintenance on my Lenox AC unit and Furnace.
