I am absolutely thrilled with Miller's Heating & Air. For a first-time customer, I am very pleased with them. I wanted a new air-conditioning unit, and I wanted it to be installed before the summer rush. I went with a heat pump system. Everyone from sales to customer service in the office to the installation technicians, treated me like I was the most important person around. They were amazing! The installation technicians brought the pad for the heat pump which I thought was truly wonderful because it didn't have to set before installation. They also gave me a thermostat because mine would not work with this new system. The thermostat turned out to be defective which was a manufacturing issue. They were right out to replace it. Then there was a wire in the unit itself that would catch and un-catch, which was also needing to be replaced. This was also a manufacturing issue and they took care of it very quickly. I do not blame them for any of these issues. I felt like they quickly took care of the issues, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. They really had my best interest through this entire install. I will be looking forward to many years of service with them.
