We've been using Miller's Heating & Air for a while. In our old house, they installed a whole new system for us. This was the first visit for them in our new house. The serviceman did an amazing job on the service call. He addressed all our issues and answered all our questions on what was going on with the unit. The only snag was when he tried explaining the various service plans to us. It was a little bit confusing the way he presented it to us. That's the only reason why I rate the total service four and a half stars instead of five. The next day, we called the office and the staff there was able to answer our specific question about the different annual service plans. We are very happy with Miller's Heating & Air and will definitely continue to use them. I totally recommend them to everyone!
