Miller's Heating & Air has been tremendous in helping me with my heating and air conditioning unit. I have never had any trouble with them at all. When anything is wrong with my system they fix it right away. They also do the yearly maintenance to keep it running efficiently. I have never had a technician yet that came out and did not know what he was doing. They are great about explaining everything to me in a way that I can understand. My husband has passed away and he understood the thermostat and didn't have any trouble with it. I had one of the technicians work with me on understanding the thermostat and he was very nice and very patient in his instructions. I am now able to set it to where I am most comfortable. I want them to know that I appreciate their hard work, their understanding, and their patients with me.
