The technician from Miller's Heating & Air did a good job once he finally got all the necessary tools and supplies. The first time he arrived to discover that he didn't have the right fittings to test the air conditioning system. So he had to go back and get them. Then when he figured out that the Freon needed to be re-charged, he didn't have enough on hand and had to make another trip back to get more. I am still not sure if we ended up paying for all the technician's travel time back and forth but it seems to have worked out in the end because he found the leak right away and the repair took him less time than Miller's originally estimated. So the final bill from Miller's Heating & Air was less than the original quote but may have been more than the technician's actual time on the job. We called Miller's for the repair because they are the ones who originally installed our system. We'll probably continue to use them.
