We where having an air conditioning issue and called your company. We called around 7pm on Friday the 30th, all though it was after hours and someone showed up around 8pm. What bothers me is my husband talked to your tech and explained what it was doing. I would think you have techs with trouble shooting experience to help a customer over the phone. If he had an idea of what the problem was. He should have suggested turning on the heat until we felt any air flow, because its probably frozen. So if we would have turned on the heat the system would have been defrosted by the time of his arrival. So when he showed up and looked up in the attick he saw the system was frozen. He said there was nothing he could do until the unit was defrosted. Then told us it was 139.00 for the visit. I realize he came after hours, which was very appreciated. Yet I feel like the charge was for doing nothing! We like your company very much. Which is the reason why we pay monthly. Anyway up until this last visit we have always been very satisfied with your service.
